Natig Jafarli is a Board member.
After finishing high school in Baku, Natig Jafarli who was born in 1972, entered Leningrad Institute of Economics in 1988. However, due to the socio-political situation in the country in those years he returned to Baku and completed his studies at Azerbaijan State Economic University. He served in the National Army in 1994-1996. After returning from military service, Natig Jafarli worked in various positions in production until 2005.
He graduated from the Council of Europe School of Political Studies in France in 2008, the US State Department's Leadership Program in 2009.
He is the author of more than 2000 research papers and articles published on local and foreign media outlets so far.
Erkin Gadirli is a Board member.
Erkin Gadirli is a lawyer who was born in 1972. He taught at the faculties of Law and International Relations at Baku State University in 1994-2006 years. At different times, Erkin Gadirli has functioned as an expert at the organisations such the Internatioanal Red Cross Committee, UN, OSCE, Council of Europe, as well as various national and international projects and working groups. In 1998, he was a member of the Azerbaijani delegation to the United Nations Diplomatic Conference on the establishment of the International Criminal Court in Rome.
Erkin Gadirli is one of the authors of the book published in Germany in 1999 "Commentary on the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court". (the book was published in 2008 for the second time)
